charlie - this one is sold as is. If you want it without the Kydex, I'll knock $20 off the price, which you could put towards a sheath. You can probably find someone around here that does the kind of work you're after.

I bought a large piece last year to have blanks cut at a waterjet - one of the last I guess. I won't have any more once these are gone.
