I have some large 1/4" S30V and 5/32" 154 for sale.

First is the 1/4" CPM S03V. Would make a fine camping or backpacking blade. I tapered the tang for good balance and exposed the lanyard hole. Good for a scraping magnesium or stripping bark. I also put some thumb checkering for a nice purchase point, let's not forget the mill work. Green micarta scales with nickel silver pins. I have a corkbelt polish on the hollows and flats, for a nice finish. The knife is 9 1/4" overall with a 4 1/2" cutting edge. Comes with a kydex sheath and belt loop.
$300.00 delivered lower US.

Next up is some 5/32" CPM 154. These small spear points are really usefull buggers, I find. I have one with carbin fiber scales($165.00) and one with silver twill G-10 scales(sold), they both have SS pins and tubing. I have put a screw driver end on the butt and some thumb checkering on the top. They are 6 1/2" overall with a just under 3" cutting edge. Cork belt polish on the hollows and flats. They come with kydes sheaths and belt loops. Pricing includes delivery to lower US.

Great looking knives.
That camper is a pig! I like the finger groove for the pinky, looks real comfortable.

Is that knurled jimping on top of the .250 s30v? It looks like it. Great Work!
I need to get out of here before i jump on that one.HA HA!!

Paul, the screwdriver end is an excellent touch, v. useful(a "blade-saver").
i would like to see a full spine pic of the remaining CF knife. i.e. how much distal taper ?
thanks, roland

The only knife that is tapered is the 1/4" S30V sorry for the confusion.

i bought the small spearpoint "Useful Bugger" with CF and i just picked it up at the P.O.
i have bought knives from over 30 different makers who post in BF. i have had pretty good luck as most are excellent knives and represent very good value for the money.
so i hesitate quite a bit before buying from a maker new to me. in this case i contacted a BF member for a reference and he assured me i would not be disappointed and that Paul's blade and edge grinds are particularly good.
and now i am very happy to agree completely !
this Useful Bugger knife is very sweet ! 3 finger grip, pinky on the lanyard, thumb resting naturally on the spine crosshatching, it feels extremely capable with the relatively stout 5/32"(app. 4 mm.) blade spine tapering distally and nicely flat ground to the shaving sharp edge grind. the thickness where the edge grind begins is not as thin as an "ultimate slicer" but just stout enough to give it lots of strength without much increase in drag. i.e. it's a cutter but will slice just fine, or one might say: "is a really useful bugger"
Thank You Paul. Excellent man ! i am very happy to have bought this "right-on" knife. Great ! Right On !

Those are all beautiful blades ! The S30V.... wow!!! Very clean and neat.

Great job ! Congrats on your purchases gents :)

Paul, quoting yourself: "I try to do a good job". i think you can acknowledge to yourself: You DO a good job. and then some. the knife i have is more than a "good job"; it's "Right-on" in all aspects.
i have however noticed that most of the really good knifemakers are humble in describing their own work.

I'd have to agree. Paul does excellent work.
I had inquired about a camp knife from him and at that time he did not have anything to show me, he did remember me and when he did work something up he contacted me.

I had explained what I was looking for and what it was to be used for and within a couple of months time I had exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price.

He alsways kept me in the loop with the progress of the knife as well answered all of my emails in a timely and freindly manner.

Prior to ordering from Paul I had 2 bad expirences with with knifemakers 1 of which is in the Hall of shame, and was a little standoffish about dealing with them again in general.

But Pauls proffesionalism has retored my trust in the community at least for the makers in this Forum

Great job Paul
Thanks Again

The knife arrived and it is really nice. Fits my medium sized hand great. Wish I had the funds for the carbon fiber model. A great purchase. I would not hestitate to purchase more if I could.
Regards
Tom
