For sale is this recurve bushcrafting knife and kydex sheath, both made by me:
Some specs:
- CPM154 steel, hardness 61 (+- 1) on the Rockwell C scale
- Overall lenght: a tad over 7.5"
- Blade lenght: a tad over 3.5"
- Thickness mic 0.124" (1/8")
- Flat ground, small "v" edge, hand satin finished to 600 grit
- Full tang black linen micarta handle (contoured), red vulcanized spacer (everything epoxied together), 3/16 stainless flared tubes.
Yes, epoxied AND flared tubes - the handle on this one is there for a while
- Kydex is 0.093" black, molded on the knife. High ride belt loop, drilled to accept a tek-lok (tek-lok not included but available upon request).
The sheath is reversible for left-side carry, if so desired.
The matching firesteel (black linen micarta) comes with the knife and sheath. The back of the knife is squared to strike the firesteel efficiently.
Price is $230 for the whole package, shipped Canada or ConUS; I'm open to ship elsewhere for the actual shipping cost.
Let me know by PM, email, or by posting here if you have any questions.
Thanks!
