Hi guys,
I've got a little smaller knife up for grabs this time. It's a 7" paring knife in 0.09" CPM154. The handle is African Blackwood. I would have to say it's one of my favorite types of wood because it polishes up so well and feels as smooth as glass in hand. The pins are bronze which I think looks great with the Blackwood. This one would also be right at home as a fish and fowl blade as well.
Specs:
OAL: 7"
Blade: 3" long, 1" wide Full flat grind with hand finish to 600 grit. Edge is 0.01" before sharpening to 15 DPS.
Steel: 0.09" CPM154 tapering to 0.03" HT by Peter's to RC60
Handle: Figured African Blackwood with Bronze pins
$SOLD shipped CONUS. Paypal, check or money order accepted.
Post "I'll take it" here and then pm or email me for payment info.
comments/critiques/questions welcome
Thanks!
