CPM3V for fillet knife?

A friend asked me to make him a fillet knife. I have some 1/16" A2 and 154CM on hand, and also a couple of pieces of .048" CPM3V. Any thoughts or advice on which steel would be better? If none of these, other suggestions appreciated.

You should make a knife from each one, do some flexing and performance tests on all three and report back to us with your results.
 
154CM or the better version CPM154 would be the best choice.
