Forged CPM3V blade measureing 10" long, and just under 2" wide. .310" thick at spine. The handle is black linen micarta sanded to 400 grit to leave a little gripyness. The guard is 416ss. The tang runs all the way through the handle and is very beefy. It is secured with a tapered pin and an adhesive called "plastic metal" ( $85 for 1/4 lbs kit!!).

I used this knife around my farm for a little over a year. Cleared lots of brush and helped butcher a ferral hog or two. I cut a back leg off one of them with one whack, bone and all:D I refinished the entire knife and made sure it is SHARP!! I hate to let it go, but with our new daughter's arrival, priorities change.;)
