I just received my CQB and I am really impressed. Fit and finish are as nice as a true custom knife and the blade is beyond belief sharp.
I have had the opportunity to use an actual Terzuola Battleguard and I own a Gryphon M30 and the design is ideal for a midsize knife that can be carried both concealed as well as on the belt.
I have to give the edge to the Gryphon as a field knife because it has a little more guard and a larger handle. But the canvas micarta on the CQB is much nicer to look at than the Zytel of the Gryphon....and it is also easier to conceal.
I must also make note of the Camillus/Becker line of knives. If you want a tough knife that will go on and on....buy any of the series and you are good to go! I recently received a Magnum Camp and it is a great combo of a cutter, chopper, and a fighter!
I own a Blackjack made BKT Brute and I have to say that it is my most used knife (says alot since I make knives). The Camillus made Brute appears to be of better constuction and has a much better sheath.
Great job Camillus!! Hope to see more of this great stuff!
