Some time ago I ordered two rifle slings from CQB Solutions, www.cqbsolutions.com , one for me, one for a partner. When they arrived, my partner's worked perfectly on his shotgun, but the stock adapter on mine was too small. I emailed them, not to ask for a replacement but suggest some changes, since I had rigged mine to work. Within a few short days, they had sent me two new adapters, as well as two kydex shotshell holders for the trouble. All over a small $40 dollar order!
