I actually went to the knife store for the cqc11. It sold just before I got there. I picked up the CQC10 as a fluke. I'm glad I did. It is so versatile.

Just snagged another CQC-10 off the exchange (along with my first Mnandi), hopefully it will arrive towards the end of next week. Plain stonewash this time.
This evening I took my black combo down for cleaning (been a LONG time). Wanted a bit more retention, so I was adding some tension to the non-lock-side detente, and managed to pop the little nub out of it. Heard it land on some nearby paper, and after 40 minutes worth of crawling I found it!! Pushed it back in and she's better than new. Really is a fantastic knife. I'd kill for one without the blade hole and with a thumbdisk.
No it doesn't, officer just had some wishful thinking.
that would be a great combo though. I love the CQC-10's blade shape.
That reminds me I've also been eyeballing the SOCFK. I am really attracted to that blade / handle combination.
Great mod all around! The '10 has been on my shortlist for awhile now.I couldn't decide between that & the '13(I love bowie blades),until now.I goota pick one up.Maybe get a framelock conversion(but that's a topic for another thread)That really looks great!
