The first is a like-new (in box, etc) Kershaw-Emerson CQC-3 Tanto Black. The knife could pass for new but the honest member here disclosed that it was lightly carried and some faint finish wear on the edge of the clip is visible to me with a low power (4X) loupe or powerful reading glasses. Those of you younger would likely notice it, faint though it may be, un-assisted. I tried as best I could to zoom in on the clip in one of the pics. The blade and the rest of the knife appear as new. The knife goes for $37.71 (river) or more on the net and I am asking $30 (net shipped CONUS) - BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE ...

That knife, the freebie, is actually pleasing to the eye with its blue and black handle pattern.
It has a flipper and is apparently new. It is a tad larger than the CQC-3K.
