I bought this knife 3 weeks ago brand new from a dealer. Carried and used it a little, no real signs of use as far as I can tell. Blade is still factory sharp, lock up is very solid in all directions, and the action is quite smooth. There is some lock stick which is normal for Emersons while they break in. I have a bit of sharpie on the tang to help with the break in process. Comes with box and all papers/stickers. I paid $165 for it, asking $120 shipped. Thanks.
