CQC-T Emerson vs CQC-T By Fehrman

Aside from the obvious name similarities, what is the difference between these? Anyone? Also I noticed there is a slight difference between the ATC CQC-T and the Fehrman that you are linked to from their website.

How about experience using both?

they seem to all be the same.

BTW i met Mr. Emerson at the SHOT SHOW this year - perfect gentleman IMHO, and greta family - he is really busy, but hopefully we will get to do a hawk together someday.

i'd support his business without a second thought.

American Tomahawk Co is showing photos of the older first model. The new model does not have the rings on the upper portion of the handle. They were eleminated for strength.
Fehrman kinves are selling the American Tomahawk line of products which is the new model. The same as on the Emerson site...

It would appear that the steels are different. I am mostly curious about quality, durability, etc.

I pulled the trigger and got the Fehrman. It came yesterday, and that sucker is sharp. As I use it I will let you know how it goes. And yes will post some pics...
