That is a beautiful example of a knife. I wonder if I liquidate all my assets if I would be able to afford the bid on this auction. :eek:
 
If that is the same one I looked at earlier in the week,he wants $3,000 for it.

The knife did not make its reserve. Is this a first for custom Emersons?

It also did not reach the price it was sold for a couple of months ago.

It may have had something to do with the negative feedback that was posted about this seller. But then again a lot of people did bid on it anyway so who knows

This is not unusual for such a high quality Emerson custom. Several CQC6s and some CQC5s have struggled to sell in recent times. This is in no way a reflection of the "lack" of enthusiasim for the product but merely a sign that money may be "tight" right now....I for one would have placed a bid were it not for a recent Emerson custom purchase....plus several "Suspects" are busy with other ventures(like installation of air-conditioning systems in their homes ;) or changes in their jobs ) that may have detracted them from placing a winning bid.
The "Suspect" family is growing....new blood....new interest.... it may not have sold now...but it will definitly sell in the future.
