CR DVD Passaround

You know that is the first mention I have seen of "paying members" ... I am going to have to check that out. I notice it says that gold members are able to sale on the exchange forum. I never realize it was limited. So I'll have to hit that up.
 
The DVD came in today and I watched the first one tonight and it was great. I will finish up Tuesday night and get it off to the next person on Wednesday. Great idea to do a pass around, very generous of you since it is no longer offered for sale.

Got the DVD today. The contents include;

1) The DVD (Disc 1 and 2)
2) The Insert Booklet
3) The DVD Case
4) Silver Sharpie
5) Address List


Everything is in good shape. I had no problems playing them.

Now to the movies....I watched both disc's today and was thoroughly entertained. It was great seeing the process for both fixed blades and folders. I'm new to the world of CRK, so a lot of my questions were answered by the DVD. Watching this DVD should be a priority for anyone new to CRK. I would like to give my sincere thanks to DallasSTB for being generous enough to both lend his DVD and organize the pass-around!

The DVD is already packed and will be sent to the next person on Monday with delivery confirmation, insurance for $50, and priority mail.
 
DVD was sent out today through the shipping service at my local Office Depot. It will actually go out tomorrow, and arrive on the 15th.
 
Got the DVD today. Haven't had a chane to check it out yet, because I left as soon as I got up. Will update when I get back home.

ETA...

everything is intact, case, discs, and booklet in great condition, mailing list and sharpie. the only problem was a small hiccup at about the 9:45 mark on the fixed blade dvd.(might be my dvd player)

watched both dvd's, and i must say WOW!!!! i knew a lot of work went into both the folders and fixed blades, but didn't realize it was that much. i know i will never complain about the price of one. it's amazing how much time and effort go into these knives. i know if i'm ever up in that area i'm definitely making a stop by the shop. the only thing i didn't like was the cheesy background music and the host was kinda annoying but other than that i could watch these everyday and find something new every time.


thanks dallas for getting this passaround going. i will get it out in the next few days to the next on the list.

Heh, well he might have tried to talk me into putting a big scratch on that section of the DVD before you all saw it.

got the dvd shipped out today with insurance and D/C #. sorry it took so long(my work schedule is weird). everything is intact(dvd's, booklet, mailing list, and silver sharpie). tkdiver1 should be at your place thursday or friday. if you need the dc # shoot me a visitor message or e-mail. again sorry it took so long.
 
I received the package today. Everything was there and in great shape. I will watch them this weekend and mail the package early next week. Im looking forward to watching these. Thanks again for this pass around!
 
I watched both DVD's with no issues. They were very informative as well as entertaining. I just mailed to the next person. Should receive package in about 3 days. Thanks again!!
 
anyone else notice the lonewolf d2 design that benchmade is now using in harsey's sketch book? neat.
 
The DVD's arrived today in perfect condition.

I finished watching the DVD's this weekend. It was very interesting to see the history, design and manufacturing of Chris Reeve's Knives. I especially liked the special features that were included. Hopefully this DVD set will be released again.

I sent off the DVD's today via USPS to the next member in line.
 
The DVD's show delivered to BBQ BOY on 3/10/2011 @ 13:12.

Hopefully he can acknowledge that they arrived safely.
