In January I purchased a large Classic wood inlaid Sebenza. Shortly after that I put a scratch on the polished titanium scale. Like a dumbass, I tried to buff it out and just totally screwed it up. Soon after that I noticed that one of the wood inlays appeared to have the finish start fo flake off. I called Bridget at CR Knives who suggested that I send it in at which time they could let me know what would need to be done and how much it would cost. I was advised that the wood inlays would have to be replaced under warranty. I also inquired about having the scratched area on the titanium handle buffed out. Bridget told me that since they had to remove the wood inlays anyway (they can't buff the titanium with the inlays inserted) that the cost would only be 25.00 dollars as opposed to 100.00 dollars had there not been a warranty problem with the wood inlays. I thought this price was more than fair. I received my Sebbie back today and it looks better than new and Bridget only charged me 10.50. Besides the extreme quality of a Sebenza, this is what makes a Sebenza worth the money. The customer serice at CR Knives is top notch.
