I'm making this little drop point for my wife. I think the crack was in the bone before I started. I was thinking a super glue repair might work but thought I'd ask around before I glue up the handle. Can this be repaired or is it best to just replace the scales.

At this stage I'd replace it. Camel bone is pretty cheap and can be had in single pieces. You wouldn't even have to buy a pair of scales. Bone often has/develops cracks but that one looks to be structural. I wouldn't fix it.

Yes, make a new handle. That one will eventually split off, even if you use some superglue to close the crack for now.

I used some of that pink for a friend and it faded pretty quick to white due to the sunlight. The part of the handle that was in the sheath stayed pink and the part exposed went white.

I would also replace the scales but while I was at it I would move the rear pin up so it's centered in the tang.
