I could be way off but its one no one has guessed yet.

3) Bossman wrote the sentence where the letters N & O in Next Offer were capitalized.

3a) Bossman has emphasized the "meaningless" letter E.

3b) In the first Crack the Case Announcement thread the bossman says "At least you'll be able to get into the mind of the evil, and yet happy guy, who's a year older now then he used to be, genius you're about to confront!" I see a Happy Birthday thread for Jaxx and in his birthday thread Jaxx posts a pic of an SFNOLE.
