Excellent guess cobalt. It is perfectly logical except I'm missing one thing. Jerry said we're looking for a model that has been made before unless......... That was a clever play on words and the AK is the blade that's been made before and that's where the answer is hidden.
 
It could be a model made before with slight changes. who knows. lol

Nice. I was fixated on that "Next Offer" for a bit as well. Figured SFNO but couldn't make it fit. Good luck!

3. In this post Jerry mentions two numbers; 8:15 and 8:17. I added the numbers after the colon then subtracted them from the 8. This left me with 8-6 and 8-7, equaling 2 and 1. I figure since B is letter #2 and A is letter #1 then it is BA which is the infamous classic Badger Attack that every HOG should have!

How were you able to tell what was edited from the original post? When I view the posts, they just say "last edited...". Also, is there a way to search for edited posts?

at the bottom of the post it says "last edited" if the post was never edited it doesnt' say anything

So you see it too! That was my guess back on the first page of this thread (post #7)... though after seeing some of the other detective work, I have doubts about my/ our guess. I figure it's a clever, devious trick--and a simple one... minimal planning and execution on the Boss' part--which gets the crew back to serious drinking asap.

Right, I get that part, but how did ian know exactly WHAT was edited? He recited which line was edited with new wording..... How could he know this unless it tells you somewhere what the edits are, or he keeps very close tabs on Jerry's posts and knows what the original post said...
 
I looked at the following posts where guys had copied Jerry's post and found what had been changed. That is what made me look at that one sentence about 500 times!
