I have one of these and it's pretty old, but it has a half horse motor and it's served pretty well so far. I have a lot of belts for it and wasn't looking to upgrade. However....

I was trying to replace the bearing on the tracking wheel and I cracked the wheel trying to get the bearing off of the shaft. I can't find a replacement wheel anywhere. Any ideas? Anyone have one that they replaced the top wheel on with something else?

Help please.

The bearing in it is a 15x35x11

I'm out of town right now, so I'll measure the rest when I get back tomorrow night. I'm assuming it'll be metric because of the bearing it uses, but I'll see.

I only ask, because you MIGHT be able to find a caster, or some other similarly dimensioned contact wheel or what have you, to replace the one in question. If you can find one close enough, you may be able to make it work, even if that means changing the shaft size, trimming the wheel down, etc...

Granted, at certain point, it may not even be worth the effort, but if you can find something close and for cheap, it may be worth it.

If I can't find one, I may try and make one out of wood. The only issue is that it would be pretty thin unless I changed to a smaller bearing.

It's 1 inch wide by just a hair under 2 in diameter. I'll see if I can find something at Sunray. Thanks
