Craftsman 9470

Anyone know what this knife is? I have a tang stamp from the Schrade Ellensville plant that reads "Craftsman" over "U.S.A. 9470" and have no idea at all to which knife this belongs. (Or, where it belongs, for that matter!) :-)
 
My unconfirmed notes say it is a 98OT Ramrod
