Hey folks,
A couple of weeks ago we headed to the Algoma region of Ontario (about 7 hours north of Toronto) to try and find some new climbing cliffs.
Weather was relatively mild (above freezing) with only a chance of light flurries for the next day. Man, they got that wrong. Anyway, I'll let the pics do the talking.
This is the first cliff we found. About one km long and about 70m tall.
Hiking up to a another cliff. We needed a high clearance four-wheel drive vehicle to get into this area.
Hmm, this is looking pretty big.
Ah yeah, it's big! About two km long and about 100m tall.
We decided to hike the whole base and get a feel for the area.
Back to camp later that day.
