Craig Brown Service

Does anyone have any experience with contacting Craig Brown and/or getting Brown knives serviced? Info on the website doesn’t indicate that the “spa” services offered by some makers are available. I sent an e-mail inquiring about non-warranty service for my LHC-X a few days ago and haven’t heard back.

Hmmm.....

There are some makers who believe that proper care and feeding of knives is the end user's responsibility. For better or worse, they don't offer much in the way of after-purchase support.

If the website doesn't make any mention of after-purchase service/repair/refurbishing, I think it's reasonable to assume that they don't do it.

Could be a sign of the times, too. Maybe they don't have the staff to do this kind of work, right now. I don't know jack diddly about Craig Brown, so I should probably just zip my yapper.
