Ok, this one is a copy of the "Chesterfield Chopper" that Craig had on his table at Blade last year(the knife that lasted about a nano second), and Craig made this one to my specs, using my handle material.
The 10" blade is Craig's typically awesome forged W2, with very visible clay hardened Hamon. The blade is super wide and has an unsharpened swedge up by the tip. Guard and spacer are nickel silver, with a slice of natural amber colored micarta in between. The handle is one of the nicest blocks of stabilized walnut I had. No sheath came with this one, but it'll ship in a padded zipper case. Craig's price on something like this is about $750-800. I'll let this one go for $650 shipped to any U.S. address. Outside the U.S., actual shipping charges apply.
I anticipate that Craig will soon be an ABS Mastersmith(more than likely this coming June), and I have no doubt the value and price of his knives will go up, so this is a good chance for somebody to pick up a really sweet large, forged camp knife, from a real up and comer.
