I very recently traded for this one but the unexpected forces me to sell a few knives and this is my most valuable.
This one is a custom variant of the "Chesterfield Chopper" that Craig had on his table at Blade 2006.
9" blade is forged W2, with very visible clay hardened Hamon
15 5/16" OAL
2.25" at its widest point and has an unsharpened swedge
Guard is beadblasted nickel silver
The handle is one piece black micarta accented by 1 Stainless Steel pin.
A custom made tooled leather sheath by Craig is included.
Craig is an ABS Journeyman with numerous awards under his belt(Best Bowie at PKA Show in Denver and Best hunter/utility also at the same show) and no doubt future ABS Mastersmith, and there is no doubt the value and price of his knives will go up, so this is a good chance for somebody to pick up a large, custom forged piece, from a future Mastersmith.
It's too nice for me to use and the "collector" pieces have to go to pay some bills.
