Crank Radios

Freeplay crank lights are very good, I have one and really like it, it will switch from high beam to low (to save power) and cranking 30 seconds gives you a long charge. I am also researching the crank radio's and hope to learn a few things here from people who have em. So many seem cheap (as in poor quality) and I read many get poor reception, so I've put it off. I would choose weather over SW but if I had an external antenna or were able to make one like ubercoupe suggested, I may reconsider.
