). I have made posts that I regret, and I have tried to learn from them what not to do. I know what you mean, sometimes I just want to tell people off. The problem with written language (like on a forum) is that we cannot accurately convey what we are thinking. "Smilies" help but their is a limit to what they can do. I read your other post about Chinese knives, I took no offense by the statement, as I do not think you meant to put down the Chinese people but rather their low-cost products. I would stay around, the search function may not work 99% of the time but when it does, their is a lot of great information out there. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge in daily posts.
