Crash Axe Arrives!

My Crash Axe arrived this morning. It was anxious to get out of the double box and packing!

Today I used it to have vengeance against some "Point Breaker" oak out back.

My kind of yard tool!

I'm not the best hawk thrower. At first the prying wedge on the bottom of the handle kept catching my hand. I changed my grip and let her fly.

Looks like I was either too far back or put too much spin on it.

Wow, this was even worse, but at least some part of it stuck!

Mine is in my truck. I may need to take it out and beat on it some before I put it back. I figured that was the best place for it. Esp. with that pry-bar end to it.

Just a little dirt and sap. Some of the coating worn a touch.
A little WD-40 and a Scotcbrite pad and she's ready to go again. I definitely did not get a Crash Axe to be safe queen. This axe is too much fun.

It looks so good in the black on black, probably not for a while. This axe is the most fun I've had from the Swamp since the Chopweiler.

My Crash Rat came today. Looks just like the rest, stout and cool. I like the prybar at the end of the handle. This little axe should be fun. I'll take some action pics when I get a chance to use it.
