Has anyone used cratex thin edge wheels (240 grit extra fine) to clean up joint between guard and blade?
 
First I hand machine the joint with a 1/8" nickel silver rod ground at 45 degrees, then I buff the loint with the corner of a spiral sewn wheel loaded with black hard cut compound, then finally by hand with a thin edge cratex wheel held with medical pinchers. Don't use a dremel - it'll eat up your joint. Here's the result:
