I recently bought an old, beat up Kasper folder. I sent it back to Crawford Knives to see if they could refurbish it. For a very reasonable fee they quickly brought it back to new, including fitting a newer bearing and pivot. Good communication throughout.

Pat, Wes, and Janey are incomparable when it comes to service. I found an old lefty Perfigo on eBay a couple of years ago that had some odd tapped holes near the pivot. When I asked Pat he told me that's where the cross bar screwed in for people to carry IWB before pocket clips became popular. I thought that was the end of the conversation until I received a cross bar in the mail no charge. Pat had hunted around the shop until he found one.
