have always had good luck w/Pat and have 3 Crawfords, a Ti Kasper folder, a small ti Kasper folder, and a Perfigo. I sent my perfigo in last monday for sharpening and to buff out a scratch on the blade. last friday my phone rang anf it was Pat, my knife was ready!! Yes thats right, only FOUR DAYSincluding shipping. Got the knife back Monday, so in one week total time, i had my knife back!!
He did say this wasnt the norm, i caught him between projects, and he had some spare time but still, GREAT service.
Anyone contemplating a custom knife, IMHO ya could do a helluva lot worse than a Crawford!!
Charges?? I had to pay shipping $18 to UPS!! No charge from Pat.....
Great folks to deal with/great service and above all great knives/products.
