It's a Model 1 two shot derringer from a company right up the road from me in Waco, Texas Uncle Bill. I've got one in .38 Special, loaded with low base wadcutters, that really likes the inside pocket of a jacket. I'm eventually going to get one chambered in .45 Long Colt, so I can load it with #4 shot .410 shotgun shells. Good for snakes of all varieties.

and yes, Quackipuss, a two shot blaster that'll slip into a hip pocket is, IMHO, "cute"
