Creative Photographic Contest

In honor of Duncan's photographic contests, lets see your most creative photographs of your favorite knives. Bonus points if you create a new genre ( intentionally leaves it wide open), something different than we are used to seeing. Play off of each others ideas. You don't need a nice camera for this, just your imagination.

Guidelines:
This one is open to all regular members of Traditionals. You will know if you qualify.

1. No photographs that have been posted before.
2. Up to three photographs each.
3. Group all of your photographs together in your first post. If your like me you like to take your time composing new photographs and ideas. Edit them as much as you want.
4. If you want to post a photo but don't want to enter just say "Not an Entry" at the top of your post.
5. Running commentary welcomed and encouraged!!

This should simply things in the end for the judge
My sister will be the judge and she is a graphic artist and magnificent photographer.

Good luck my sisters and brothers!! Lets have some fun and happy holidays!

Fantastic start!!

Thank you for your photographs Kirby! Some great creative ideas there, sir:thumbup:

Already there are some great shots coming up - great give-away Gevonovich!
I just wanted to share some shots of me going for a bush walk with my youngest, shes great - I didn't realise I had lost so much strength these last 8 months, it was hard, but fantastic at the same time - I am looking forward to doing a bit of hiking this Summer - I have a lot of building up to do that's for sure lol.

I hope these are ok to post, I know there isn't too much Knife stuff in there - but hopefully refreshing?

Gevonovich my friend, you flatter me too much, your photos are simply fantastic, since I have moved I have lost my favourite shooting place for knife photos, I must make something up and use my imagination!

Not an entry my friend, but a huge thank you for all you do - for us ( nice gunstock you are gifting by the way )

Note the Buck in my hand, a special gift to me by our good friend Alex, and my wee girl Izzy, life is great isn't it!

Your looking great, my brother!! Now that is the right way to get your strength built up, and all the better with family and companion. Lovely trail and view!!

I expect you to enter some shots;)

Something completely different but still traditional. Wade and Butcher with reshaped toe and a salt water black patina. Bone scales, stabilized oak wedge and bras pins with stacked brass washers.

Not an entry, but I couldn't resist posting some photos.

and since it's not an entry, I always like to post a photo of this one-of-a-kind beauty!

I don't think I'm alone when sayin' we all appreciate the great GAW Gevonovich! I'd like to add that the prize is mighty fine and a favorite pattern of mine (in case you hadn't guessed)!

Love the pic and every Fiddleback I have ever seen, Phillip. We will call it the Industrial Age Genre;)

Gevonovich! Awesome job on this my friend. I have to tell you I will not be entering for the chance but I would love to get out and take some new photo's. My apologies if they are not up to snuff. This should be a lot of fun to watch. I really hope everyone takes the chance to get out and enjoy this bit of positive motivation.
