Credit at Amazon, what gents folder would you get...

Kershaw Damascus is cheap quality. I bought a Kershaw Damascus skyline last year, and the damascus COATING, yes it's just a tri-nitride COATING, wore off in a matter of days... IT's not even genuine Damascus

I didnt abuse it either... just cut up some cardboard

It's most likely an etched blade, or simply a super cheap forged damascus. The blacking rubs off, and upon brushing with a mild "dish-wash" type pad, comes off completely. Application of oils only lubricates, doesn't bring the blacking back.

Wrong.....

Let's see some pics....

they are running a deal on the Spyderco Tenacious - lowest price online. Super reviews. Search it. got one for myself.

I know what you mean about Kershaw Damascus. I didn't abuse this Leek, just used it to drill a hole in some cardboard and look what happened.;)

To answer the OP's question, the Kershaw Wild Turkey would be a good choice:

This is a limited run version, but the regular production with rosewood handles looks almost as nice.

Thanks all, so the credit is for $80 but I can go up or down depending on what I like...

Always thought the Shoki was nice but heard some less than favorable things about the lock mechanism...also the opportunist looks good.
