Crime in process: the Wegner Junior !

Best all around woods knife I've got: my combo edged Wegner, Sr. I'd like to get the Jr, too.
 
Hmmm... Is it me? or does that Wegner Jr. look very similar to a Starmate when shot at that angle?

Are you listening...there have been several posts about the Wegner knives. Since you have already put them on the chopping block, is there any chance of reviving them in the future with some enhancements...like a 440V blade?

JJ - probably not in 440V, but if Tim decides to carry it as an exclusive, we'll probably go to VG10.

Brilliant! Was the hole in the blade inspired by Tim's Ring Cycle or did the hole inspire that great work? Thanks for such marvelous dementia.

The Wegner Jr. is one of my favorite knives. I too would like to see the knife produced in one of the new "wunder steels". I consider it to be very comfortable to use for extended periods of time and to have a very effective blade profile and geometry.

Blues was the person that tipped me off on the Wegner Jr over a year ago.
I now have three of them.
Sounds crazy ?
Get this, all have the clips removed.
I just received the third addition. It's going in storage should I ever wear the first two out.
Too bad this cool knife will soon be history.

Yes "that Blues".
He's generally double touble. But on knives (particularly the Wegner Jr.), he knew what was right. I turned him on to a REKAT Pioneer in return.
He will probably show this post to his wife tonight
