Cripple Creek Copperheads

Greg,

Just got the knife this evening and it's the sibling of the beauty you posted above but with no etch. (Hey, how about removing the etch on your image so I can use the picture in my album? ;))

The tang of the skinner blade has a date: 6/22/96. Any particular significance to the date other than possibly being the first day of summer? :p

Hope that is what you were looking for. Greg keeps his minty clean. I need to get him to school me on taking pics.

Here ya go Blues. 96 was the last year of Cripple Creek. I'm not sure what the date is meant to stand for at the moment but I will look into it. Thanks for the compliment Bobby.

The Greenbone has a jig pattern of it's own as well. Not just on this Copperhead but on the whole series.

Greg, you are a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you very much.

A better look at the Brown and White bone. The jigging isn't all that unique but the color seems to be.

Makes me feel like having some waffles. ;)

Awesome collection, Greg.

I'm not crazy about dyed stag but when your in for a penny, you're in for a pound.

Sure is a nice color too.

Not sure if I have told you before, but I really enjoy your photos, and more so enjoy seeing your Cripple Creek collection. Thank you!
