I found this one last weekend. Thought about it through the week and bought it today. Needless to say its far more money than I've spent so far on a Slip Joint. I just thought it one of the most attractive knives I've personally seen.

That is one sweet knife. Good Score. I love the bolster treatment, and the premium pearl. :) You will enjoy the knife a lot longer than you will remember the price :) :)

That is some very nice pearl. I bet it is a sight to behold when held in the right light.

That's one of Bob Cargill's knives I haven't seen before; what a beauty!!!!

If memory serves I believe Bob Cargill was quoted as saying(at the time of the knives release) that particular knife was the one he was most proud of regarding design, scales selection and the overall execution of fit and finish..

Incidentally, if anyone is interested in educating his or herself, Bob Cargill has a very interesting web site that has an abundance of pictures and some history in his own words about the Cripple Creek company as well as other facts about his exploits at the following:

Thanks for the link - interesting take on the then owner of Blackjack knives!

That's an amazing looking knife.
Fantastic craftmanship and very beautiful material indeed.
It must be like having a rainbow in the pocket.

Bringing this one back up for any of you that like Cripple Creek Knives.

When I bought my Cripple Creek knife I assumed that was the only one he had. Found two just like mine today at the same dealer. Is there anyone interested in one of these knives. $350 was his price to me on this knife.
