Rob Criswell has stopped making swords due to poor health. This is a piece he made in 2003 and I recently aquired. I am selling this to help out my cork friend Danbo with his sons living and transportation costs...if you want to know more about this read..HERE

anyway this sword in new and unused. it is 18" long with a 12" tanto blade it is hollow ground and is of I believe forged 1095. Its razor sharp and the pommell reads "Criswell 2003"

the handle is paracord wrapped with a black micarta butt cap with lanyard hole. It also has a Black Micarta Sheath which is grooved on one side for appearance sake.

see pics..

Rarely do you find these knives for sale.

I am asking $400 shipped USA
I will ship over borders for appropriate freight ( Canada $25 EU $45 (guessing there))
Paypal preferred plus fees.
no trades as I want the money to go to a friend.

Thanks

Ren

As a Criswell collector I can say this size is rare to find. All Criswells are becoming increasingly rare!!

Blade steel is vacuum differentially heat treated A2.

Hi,
Any chance you want to sell the Criswell tanto. I've been looking for one to add to my collection as I already have the Wakishashi and Katana from Rob. Any help or leads would be appreciated. Thanks
