Critique my design! And get brutal with it! ( You cannot dissuade me from making this knife!)

I think a thumb ramp does make sense for using the knife and I don't like the thumb ramp for the looks .... Natlek has said many times how useful this type of knife is in the shop and I have made many knives with this blade profile and I like it a lot for cutting leather and like I said opening up bags of chicken feed or boxes. As far as the traditional birds beak handle I like to round off the birds beak quite a bit so there's nothing digging in to the palm of my hand.
Anyone notice how I designed the knife to be able to cut down to a flat surface like a cutting block or the table without your knuckles dragging?

Approximately 3 inch blade, 7 1/2" oal...

I'd drop the point a bit and make sure that the part of the dropped edge where your index finger can touch the steel is rounded and has no sharp corners to irritate the index finger

Move the plunge back so you dont need a "choil"! Dont listen to the mall ninjas about handle design, its not perfect but nuthin is, they can build thier own! If you want to be discouraged!! I think you are wasting your time! and the time of thousands of people on this forum, if you dont put a "slight"curve in the edge it will be easier to sharpen and better to use!

Just to jump in with the comments about the plunge, if you decide to keep the plunge, you might want to at least add a sharpening choil.

Love, the overall design though! Looks super useful.
