Hi!
I've had more then a few shares of cheaper bali-songs, broken a lot of'em.
After a while of using the "forks" broke, i guess that i've done this to at least 10 different knives, or the pins would stretch and you've lost that feel that the knife had when new.
Pure fact is that BM balisongs will lose very little in their feeling over time, i have had a BM45S since 1995/1996 and it has been used and dropped A LOT, i had it with me during my two tours in Bosnia, where i had a lot of time to flip'n catch, it still works perfect, very little wobble and no breakage.
Remember that this knife has been flipped very, very much, i'd say that it's as tight now as my Jags was when i got'em brand new.
My Jag that i have used not very much i've already changed pins on and it's quite sloppy/wobbly and the latch won't work at all.
That's the reason why i'd say that Jags suck.
But sure, they are useable, i like how the handles feel, but the quality of BM's balisongs are just something that all balisong flippin' people should experience
'nuff rambling.
