That's a coati.. THey are native primarily to central america and Mexico and have a relatively strong population in Texas as well

Coatimundi! There is a farm in texas that sells 'em for pets. Some one had one on campus and it ate my chocolate. It also like to play with dogs. The dogs couldn't figure out what it was so just assumed it was a dog (I guess, I never asked the dogs )
