CRK Annual Limited Editions

I have to say, My name is Aaron, and I'm a CRKoholic! I just started my journey in April and already have purchased or received in trade a Small Sebenza 21, a Large Seb 21, and 2 Umnumzaans (old and new pivot). All I can say is WOW, I get it and I can see the passion when I read Threads like this. Now I'm hooked on the beauty of the Annuals. I love the style and the woods are just beautiful. I was fighting myself on a Mnandi or not due to the size, but I think the Annuals are just what I'm looking for. I hope I get to join the Annuals club soon and post my own pic. Beautiful Annuals guys!

ALL CRK are beautiful and I FULLY understand the addiction.....lol. The annuals are something special to be had. I never had one and had missed out on chances to acquire one on multiple occasions. I finally was able to get one from a great forum member. As great as the regular sebenzas are, the Annuals take them to another level.

I love it, but it's almost scary how fast it happened. My wallet is definitely feeling it. I got a BM 551 Griptilian in the mail two days after the Sebenza 21 and I have hardly touched the BM. Such a different class of knife. I even got a Strider SNG in May to compare Strider to CRK and I already traded it for my second Umnumzaan. Sorry I'm getting too much off topic.

Just got this in today from a great forumite!

Very Nice d.r.h. I just got my second large annual. Now I have them in Maple Burl and Box Elder. They are so buttery smooth. If you think a "regular" large regular is smooth, the annuals blow them away.

VERY nice pic of that beauty drh! I have one of his cousins, but I think he's going "bye bye" soon:(

I need to send you my knives so you can take some pics of them!:p

Thanks for the comments everyone. I am just glad the opportunity to add her presented itself. Only have on concern at this point. Her past two homes have been in Florida .... not sure how she is going to tolerate the winters around Lake Erie. I might have to buy her a Snuggie to stay warm!!!

What a beautiful knife and great picture. Congrats on finding a rare one Dennis.

Here are my two small annuals! The 2006 snakewood is completely mint, pouch carried on special occasions. The 2010 camphor is used regularly, as you can tell from the scratches.

Small Sebenza Annual with cream color mammoth. The good old days. Masterserg that is one great looking annual, amazing wood.

Been a while since any posts here. Below was about as far as I got collecting Large Annuals, only have about half of what's in the pic - you all have the others.

Do you still happen to have the one on the far right? If not, do you have any idea whom you sold it to?

James: I honestly do not remember, most were sold on here. I guy overseas bought one as well. I wish I had kept them all...

Thanks just the same, I had bought that one from G2 but had to sell it to help finance my "H" model. It was just after 9/11 and if you held the knife at the right angle it looked like a flaming eagle flying over billowing smoke. Gary called her "Freedom", it is one I always wished I hung on to.
