CRK Customer Service Issue

I will keep this short. I ordered two knives from CRK. There was a mix-up. I emailed and talked on the phone to Heather. She took control of the situation. The mix-up was not only corrected quickly it was corrected in a manner that far exceeded what I expected. They went the extra mile, yes, the extra mile. Kudos to CRK customer service and their knives.
