Good evening all.

Being in a position for the past twenty years dealing
with Customers and Suppliers on daily basis for a
Fortune 200 company, I am simply blown away with
my recent dealings with Chris Reeves Knives.

I contacted them via email yesterday pertaining to some
issues I'm experiencing with my new Small Sebenza 21
and got back response from Heather within a few hours.

Not only did CRK offer to take a look at it with no questions
asked, but is also shipping me a tube of fluorinated grease
in order for me to tare it down, clean and lube it. To boot,
I was instructed if I ran into any difficulty during the process,
that I was to call, and would be walked through it.

In closing, I consider the CRK Customer Support team as a
"World Class" organization, and genuinely concerned about
there customer base.

Not only has CRK gained my respect, they have also secured
my future business.

When I had an issue(perceived by me) with my Umnumzaan, Mr. Reeve called my house and discussed ,in length and in great detail, the issue relieving my concerns. Yeah, I'm a customer for life:thumbup:
 
I called one time with a question. They put Mr. Reeve on the phone. I almost passed out. :D

I've had work done a few times and every time the experience has been exceptional, from the first phone call to the turnaround and quality of work. These folks and their products are as good as it gets. :thumbup:
 
As a CRK dealer for 15 years, the service you received does not surprise me one bit. A class act in every way!
