CRK Inlays

If you're really worried about the inlays, or its an issue for you... I'd just go for the plain jane Sebenza 21... Nothing but smooth titanium slabs there.

Though I tend to agree with the rest of everyone here... The odds of your inlays falling out are astronomical at best... And if they somehow did, that to me (and you weren't abusing the knife) that seems to me like a warranty issue that they'd have to fix for you.

This is just my guess, but I think they may be fitted to so tight that you can't get a solvent in to remove them. Thus having to break them to remove them + it's a very solid bond. I seem to remember, but not positive, that they didn't warrant the inlays for chipping and breaking-after all they have no idea what we did to break them. I don't think this is a big problem but may have come up-thinking mammoth in particular. If the lockbar was to be replaced due to warranty issues, I think they would take care of the inlay as well. As always the only way to know for sure is to ask CRK. As I have said before -they are very fair and want to take care of us, just not be abused themselves. I have had and have wood, micarta and mammoth bark inlays and never had a issue at all, and I do bang the knife(in pocket) into furniture and stuff all the time.
