I notice a lot of (great) people lurking in this forum. Personally, I'd love to hear from all of you. This is a very welcoming part of BladeForums, so speak up!

Here, I'll start. My name is Cory. I'm 6'3" tall. Very handsome and EDC an Impofu. I like.... aw, nevermind.

Anyhow guys and gals, here's your thread. Introduce yourself. Do you own a CRK? Are you thinking about getting one? What's stopping you? Anything goes; hell, just say hi.

Welcome!

Hi i'm Alex and an university students with the CRK bug. I already purchased 4 crks this past 3 weeks. I mostly collect regulars and classics or older crks. Love collecting and swapping my collection. Im thinking about snagging some more chris reeves as we speak! Anyways Nice to meet you and time to go back to the hunt.

My name is Buck... I'm here to.. oh wait, wrong forum.

I'm Dimitri. American born, Greek guy. Stars and Stripes make make me happy, as does pizza.

Started "collecting" knives within the past year, and its been a roller coaster. Went from daily carrying an Al Mar Auto SERE for 5 years to worrying about losing my favorite knife so I went on the hunt for something new. After buying/selling a decent amount of customs, I came to CRK and couldnt be happier. Nothing like the build quality and outstanding warranty (not that they need it). A flavor for every task.

This is actually a great idea! My name is Jake... Spent most of my time at BladeForums in the Traditional forum. Never thought of myself as a collector until I had more knives than I could reasonable expect to carry so I tried to to pair down the lot. Then I got my first CRK a few weeks ago from a BF member, a Small 21 Insingo, then added another matching my daughter's b-day, and now I'm searching for my third CRK in almost as many weeks, possibly a small Inkosi. Everyone seems happy with the micarta inlays so I may have to give that a try also. Love the fit and finish of a quality pocket knife and so far my favorites have been the CRK's, GEC 77 Barlow and Northwoods Broadway Jack.

Thanks for creating this thread Corytr. I've been able to get to know a lot of great folks in the Traditional forum and look forward to meeting new folks here and possibly seeming some familiar 'faces' as well.

My name is Parker. 24 years old and caught the CRK bug 2 years ago when I bought a Large Micarta 21. Started with $50 knives then $100 then $150 and could never see myself spending the amount a CRK costs. Well, that didn't work out. I've had a large micarta 21, a couple Small Micarta 21s, Umnumaan, Small Inkosi, and Micarta Sebenza 25. Right now I only have the Micarta 25 that I pair up with a Military 52100. I could never see myself without a CRK knife. Although I have been lusting over a small inkosi with black micarta. I don't know if I can justify having the Sebenza 25 and Small Inkosi because I'm fresh out of college, but don't want to sell the micarta 25. It has snail trails all over it and looks super worn I love it. I'm constantly checking to see what knives are for sale. Ti-lock has caught my eye recently, but the inkosi might be my favorite of all.

My name is Rob, but my friends call me "El Capitan".

I am an expert in brick laying, and an outlaw in Delaware. I do amazing things with dried flowers, I was scouted by the White Sox, I am the subject of numerous documentaries in Japan. On Wednesdays, after work, I repair toaster ovens free of charge.

I critique folk art, and have never lost a game of checkers. Last summer I toured Wyoming looking for a better mousetrap.

I can throw rocks at beer bottles with deadly accuracy. While on vacation in Missouri, I successfully negotiated with a group of terrorists who had seized a cotton gin. Years ago I discovered the meaning of life but forgot to write it down. I breed prizewinning crayfish.

ps. I like long walks on the beach and... mean people suck.

Ernie is a long time nickname, but my given name is Sean. I got my first CRK in 2006 on the advice of my brother, it was a small regular that tragically got lost a few years back:(
I collect vintage traditional knives in addition to CRKs, and pairing one of my traditionals with a carbon fiber 21 is my favorite carry combo.

Nice intro, but you didn't mention what CRK knives you have.

I sold an old beat-up scarred large Classic several yrs ago, and it hurts. Really miss that knife; smoothest thing I've ever owned.
