CRK lurkers - I see you down there

My names Collin, going to school for machining and working as a welder. Lurked for a long time. Started with benchmades and zt's (which have mostly been sold off for crk's) then bought a small 21 little less then a year ago. Sold that one and now have 2 large 21's an inlayed small 21 and a 25.

Great idea, thanks for starting this thread. I live in the SF Bay Area and work as a handyman. I bought my first CRK (2011 plain large 21) about 2 months ago on a gun forum that I regularly visit. I didn't know anything about CRK's (been carrying BM's, Kershaws, Spydercos, etc) but I went looking for a new knife and decided to buy the CRK. Today I bought my first mnandi here on the exchange and also my cocobolo inlayed small 21 showed up in the mail. I now own 12 CRK's. I figured that I'd buy a bunch of different CRK's, see what I liked best, and sell off the others. I have yet to identify one to put up for sale though :) Thanks to all of you who have made us newbies feel so welcome.

That's quite an achievement for 2 months! We need pics and welcome to Bladeforums!

Yep another machinist. Haha. Tried a 4 year school and couldn't handle sitting in classes. Now after 3 years of school I'll have two associates one welding and one in machine tool.

Looking to buy my first CRK I've been looking for a small Inkosi with inlays on the exchange but I keep missing out. I might just pull the trigger and buy one new :D

My name is Tony. Im an automotive technician, been married almost 11 years, have 3 kids (ages 7, 5, & 4), and 3 dogs. Ive had four CRKs, but currently only have 1, a large 21 micarta, which shares my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday. Its my absolute favorite knife! I will get more, but Im patiently waiting for bday CRKs. Ultimate goal is to have a bday CRK for each of my family members.

Have you posted in the bday sticky above?

Name is Cole, got the knife bug a little over a year ago. Started out with cheaper knives, moved up into CRK'S and then customs. I am currently revisiting CRK knives and loving em.

I'm 26 years old and currently work for BNSF Railway. I am NOT a big Train Nut but I do like my job. I am a Laborer/Machinist for them. Engaged and currently trying to juggle between that new CRK and saving for a wedding.

When I first bought my BF membership I wasn't sure if I would use it for much else then selling knives. After a year here i will definitely keep my membership ongoing.

I'm glad to see so many young people (20's and 30's) on the forum. Makes me feel like BF is in good hands as we geezers pass the torch to the next generation. And, yes, I am lucky enough to be able to walk along the beach virtually every morning.
