CRK Sellers Remorse.....How Many Have Had It....???

Only knife i regret selling was my large sebenza 21 plain jane. Was my first high end knife and it rode in my pocket and brought me joy in dark time of family related issues.

Traded it when I heard some rumors on CRK i wish never affected my decision.

Recently acquired a large sebenza micarta and it feels at home in my pocket after my recent emerson kick (still a emerson fanboy though I cant lie ;))
 
There were 3 that I can remember offhand that I should never have let go. They ended up in good homes, but still :(

Every knife has its own energy, I sold a small p awhile back that to this day I regret because it felt so perfect.
 
I'm completely CRKless and due to lifestyle changes probably will remain so....however I miss every single CRK I've let go off and kick myself time to time about some of the ways they've left my hands.

Good thing I have a ton of photo bucket pics to look back on:thumbup:

(I bet CRK is glad though, boy I use to call em alot:D)
 
I only regret 2; my Umnumzaan which I replaced with a Startac and my Acoustic Sebbie. That one is proving problematic to replace. So if anybody has one let me know, either large or small and I'll buy it in a heartbeat :)
 
I regret selling every single CRK that I have sold... except for maybe the classic micartas as I do like the 21s better. Still, it would be nice to have them for collecting's sake.
 
Last year I decided it was time to clear out my knife collection. I had a bunch of Busse, Strider, CRK, Spyderco and other custom knives.

I managed to thin everything down to just keep my favourites of each brand except my CRK collection. The only knife I could bare to part with was a Nyala. Other than that I kept every CRK knife i ever bought. They are all my favourites :)

so...........

No regrets here :D:D:D
 
I am with you and that is why I always tell newbies donot sell your first crk. My regrets are my first crk a large CF Sebenza, a large regular factory swedge and the "In God"(You know where that one went:)
 
I also have had the sellers remorse, sold a large 21, newer zaan, and a small insingo with micarta, and a small 21. I couldn't take it (LOL) and picked up a small insingo and absolutely love the small insingo. Hopefully I've learned my lesson, but on the other hand, have had some great knives.

Yep, I still have it. I have both large regulars I got from you AKWILD. I love the UG design on the one and the CGG "In God We Trust" on the other........I carried the "In God We Trust" during a very difficult time in my life. I did not look at is as a government saying, I looked at it as is Trusting God and that He will get me through the difficult times. As you can see, I am still here, alive and well.....!!! So that one will always have a special place with me. Can never Thank You enough Kind Sir.....!!!
