i don't believe theirs another knife company that gives the customer service that CRK's gives, ANYBODY! any time of day that you call you get someone,NO recordings.you always here a pleasent voice on the other side,willing to talk to you and answer questions,no matter crazy they are. people that don't have a CRK should buy one just for the great CS. they will go OUT OF THE WAY for you, that alone is worth atleast 100 dollars!! i could talk for hours but i guess i've said enough. many many thanks CRK's

I've called them a bunch to ask about orders etc... and they always recognize my name. Of course it's from calling them every so often, but they are patient and always pleasant .
