CRK Shadow 4 help pls

Ok, have a chance to buy a lightly used and sharpened CRK Shadow 4( i think, not sure how to tell.) for only $100.. Do I? My local knife store is selling it for one of his customers so I cant get pics. However I held and saw it. It is nice. only things are no box, and its been sharpened. HELP ME PLEASE
