It has a baldeshow box, the CoA was reissued by CRK, so exact DoB is unknown.

Thanks. Do you know what the scales are labeled as? That is, the letter / # combo.

Also, who did the mod work?

I have not disassembled it since I got it. I can, but it will be a couple days before I could. The mod was done by a guy names Josh Stiel.

I don't have mine handy but I think you can see the dates without disassembling it, just peeking between with some light.
